In 2013 I travelled to Jingdezhen, porcelain capital of China, where I photographed British/Japanese potter Takeshi Yasuda at his studio. While I was there I took some shots of the city and its people.
Producing fine pottery for over 1700 years, over half the 1.5m inhabitants work in the porcelain industry.
